We believe an informed customer is our best customer. We've put together the following information to help you make an informed choice when you choose Acima. A lease is different from a credit or loan. There is no debt or interest. You will sign a lease with Acima which has a cost of lease services on top of the cash price we pay the retailer. At anytime during the lease, you have an "early purchase option" which allows you to pay a lump sum to buy the items immediately and save on leasing costs.
Unlike a loan or credit card, you aren't buying the leased items today. Acima owns the leased items, unless you meet the terms of ownership. If you do not use an early purchase option, and make all lease renewal payments, you may pay more than double the retail price. Lease payments are automatically withdrawn from the account you provide as part of the lease creation process.
