Team Forever does not operate retail locations; this allows us to cut overhead costs and focus exclusively on quality and service - providing you with a high-quality product at a much better value than your local jewelry store. Can I custom design an engagement ring?

Yes. Custom designing an engagement ring is a beautiful thing!

How long does the custom-designed process usually take?

To ensure the utmost quality of our work, The process can take from 1 – 3 weeks and will be discussed further at the time of inquiry. If I purchase a ring, will you be able to size it to fit?

Do you sell loose diamonds?

Are your diamonds GIA/IGI certified?

Yes. All our Diamonds are GIA certified, and IGI certified for Lab-grown diamonds.

Do you provide insurance appraisals?

Yes. Every finished engagement ring or piece of fine jewelry.

Do you have gemologists on staff?

Yes. We currently have G.I.A Graduate Gemologists on staff.

How does shipping work?

Here at Team-Forever most of the jewelry are made-to-order and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are insured and will be delivered to the address as matched the card’s billing address. Items also can be picked up from our Office at 10101 Fondren Dr. Houston, TX 77096. If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. What is your return policy?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery. You will have to ask for a return authorization at diamonds@teamforever.net. (No refund will be granted without return authorization) Returns after the 15-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
