Shipping & Return 

Here at Team Forever, most of the jewelry is made to order and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are insured and will be delivered to the address as the card’s billing address. 

Items also can be picked up from our Office at 10101 Fondren Dr. Suite 461 Houston, TX 77096   

If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at diamonds@teamforever.net

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

Just contact us within five days of delivery and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. 

If you would like to make a return, please email for a return authorization at returns@teamforever.net  (no refund will be granted without return authorization) 

After the 15 day period, returns are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.  

Please pack your returns in the original box for your protection, return your order with an insured trackable courier, & retain your receipt. 

Team-Forever is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 days for this process.  

Team Forever will not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
